Returns Policy/Procedure

No return/exchange/refund on sale items. Sale items are final sale.

You may return full priced goods for exchange or credit note only. No refunds on full priced items. Items purchased at full price may be returned for exchange of a different size, colour or style, at your expense. Items must be in their original, unworn and sellable condition. Exchanges must follow the below instructions. We do not offer refunds for full priced or sale items.

Please ensure returned items are unworn, in original condition and  all garment tags are attached. Please include a printed copy of the original receipt of purchase and a brief letter detailing the reason for your exchange or return.

Contact our Customer Service Team on – enquiries@enapelly.com.au within 7 days of original purchase to make your exchange. Upon approval, please post your item(s) back to us via registered Australia Post with a tracking code.

You will be contacted by an ENA PELLY staff member should your exchange choice not be available. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs including return postage. Please allow 14 days for your exchange to be processed and re-delivered. Refunds will only be offered on faulty items. No return/exchange/refund on sale items.

Domestic delivery

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post service. We advise a 2-4 day delivery window, as sometimes there can be unexpected delays, totally beyond our control.  A $16 flat rate fee applies to all purchases to cover the cost of postage and handling. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours from the purchase time. All orders received on any given day, will be processed on the following business day.

New Zealand

Please allow between 3-5 business days to receive your package. You will receive an email with your tracking number to view the progress. Please note international shipments can incur customs or import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Placing an order

We accept payment via PayPal, Afterpay or ZipPay. Your payment will be processed by SecurePay, a secure online payment gateway. Once your order is approved you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
