Over 90% of our Faux Fur garments are crafted using FutureFur, a recycled polyester made from reclaimed plastic bottles. The bottles are collected, cleaned, shredded and processed into yarn, which is then spun into a luxuriously soft faux fur fabrication.
HOW TO WASH YOUR FAUX FUR
Your faux fur piece can be washed in the washing machine. To wash your faux fur, we recommend following the instructions on the care label, and using a gentle or delicate wash cycle. Wash inside out in cold water, separately or with like-colours. To dry, hang your garment away from direct sunlight to air dry. Ironing and tumble drying are not recommended as these processes can damage the integrity of the fabrication. In-between washes we recommend spot cleaning surface dirt with a damp cloth, and airing out to refresh.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR FAUX FUR
To maintain and care for your faux fur pieces we recommend lightly brushing the fur with a wide tooth comb to help relieve and neaten the pile. Loose fibres are a normal occurrence of our faux fur pieces and will reduce with wear, washing and airing. These instructions are designed to ensure your Ena Pelly pieces stand the test of time and can be enjoyed for years to come, as they are intended to.
